Do you offer a warranty ?

Yes! All (newly installed) materials, as well as the labor to install them have a 1-year warranty

Some of our products may have a longer manufacturer warranty which does not include labor. Warranty will be determined upon servicing the equipment and determining the cause of the defect. 

ANY equipment previously serviced by someone other than a DS Security Solutions employee is subject to a default of the warranty.

The monitoring station receives the alert and can take immediate action. This often includes verifying the situation (e.g., through video feeds) and contacting emergency services if necessary.

 

User Notification: 

In addition to alerting authorities, the monitoring center can also notify the property owner, either via phone call, text, or app notification.

 

Aftermath:

In events of false alarms or real emergencies, the monitoring center may log the incident and assist the homeowner in managing the situation.
